@@nailbomb9 lol not facts. I wouldn’t do it right after training as you want the inflammation response. But doing it after cardio or on rest days isn’t going to hurt gains.

Does your training switch up when prepping like say your off season you train a bodypart once a week do you up the volume to training every body part twice a week with more intensity or is intensity and workouts pretty much the same has the off season but you just incorporate more cardio

Ordered one of those GMWD pendulums after seeing your videos, hopefully it gets here soon! Do you think it can fully replace regular squats? I have a leg press to use with it
I’d say it depends on your goal. If you’re not a professional then IMO you absolutely can replace squats with them.
@@bearshapedbubs6626 if your main focus is targeting the quads it’s actually a better movement than barbell squats in my opinion. But it won’t develop the glutes and hamstrings as much. So as long as you still do other exercises for those muscles barbell squats aren’t a necessity.
@@nailbomb9 I am a professional and I still say you can easily replace barbell squats with something like pendulum or hack squats. Better movements for quad development. And then do something else to target hamstrings and glutes.
@@JasonLowe87 good to know, my home gym also has a hammer leverage leg press for quads, but I go to a commercial gym for my hamstring training. Thanks for the insight! Have you used the Arsenal or Atlantis pendulum and if so do you think this home model is as good?
@@JasonLowe87 Just wait until you get older! One bad rep and the SI is po'd for days and various other joints/muscles. I don't do squats anymore.

@@BoostedRex I practice posing daily. I had already gone through 3 rounds of posing and taking check in pictures before recording the videos posing. I kinda had to rush through it for the video because my client had just arrived and I had to train him.
